Refund Policy

1. Website and landing page production (one-off projects)

• Before work starts: if you ask to cancel before we have started work, we refund the full amount you paid.
• After work has started: we refund only the portion of the work that has not yet been started. Work already started or completed is not refundable.

2. Monthly services (ad management and similar)

• You may cancel a monthly service at any time by email. Cancellation takes effect from the following month's billing, and you will not be charged for later months.
• The month already billed is not refunded, and advertising budgets already spent on advertising platforms cannot be refunded.

3. AI Employee service

• Before go-live: full refund of the setup fee.
• Within 30 days after go-live: 50% refund of the setup fee, if you ask us within that period.
• After 30 days: no refund of the setup fee.
• Monthly fee: not refunded. You may cancel from the following month's billing (see section 2).

4. How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] with your company name and the order or invoice details. We reply within 1 business day and issue approved refunds to the original payment method, normally within 14 days. Bank or card processing may add extra time.

5. Other

If we fail to deliver what was agreed in your written quote, please contact us first so we can correct it or refund the affected part. This policy is part of our Terms of Service, which are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
