1. About these terms

These Terms govern the services provided by LUBWPS LIMITED ("LUBWPS", "we", "us") to business customers ("you"). By requesting a quote, paying an invoice, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our services

We provide website and landing page production, advertising management, messaging and booking automation, and the "AI Employee" front-desk automation service. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and price of each project are set out in a written quote or order confirmed by you before work begins.

3. Quotes and prices

Prices shown on this website are guides only. The final price is the one stated in your written quote. Prices may be stated in Japanese yen or Hong Kong dollars; the currency on your quote or invoice applies. Advertising budgets paid to advertising platforms are separate from our fees unless stated otherwise.

4. Payment

Payment terms (for example, a deposit, milestone payments, or monthly billing) are set out in your quote or invoice. Online payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card details.

5. Customer responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, text, images, and access that we reasonably need, and to review work promptly. Delays in providing these may delay delivery. You confirm that materials you supply do not infringe the rights of others.

6. Intellectual property

Once you have paid in full, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, except for third-party materials, fonts, software, and tools that remain subject to their own licences. We may keep general know-how and reusable components that do not contain your confidential information.

7. Results

We work carefully and professionally, but we do not guarantee any particular business result, such as sales, bookings, advertising performance, or search rankings. Any figure shown as an example is illustrative only.

8. Monthly services and cancellation

Monthly services (such as ad management and the AI Employee service) continue until cancelled. You may cancel by emailing us; cancellation takes effect from the next billing month. See our Refund Policy for refunds.

9. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of a service is limited to the fees you paid to us for that service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with its "Last updated" date, applies to new orders. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed unless you agree.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
